The food is marvellous, thats have a good portion and balance carb, vege, and meat. The sauce is definitely the star. Enhance and brighten the dishes. Blanch vege. Balancing the dish not to overwhelmed. Bbq meat is abit dry. But we'll seasoning. Fat side is bouncy. Dint overcooked.

Was looking for a restaurant specialized in indigenous cuisine and found this restaurant. A simple yet cozy restaurant. They provide both ala carte menu and nasi campur. The food was delicious and I particularly like the teh C pandan. Little far from city center but worth visiting to have a try.

Very good experience with this restaurant. When we first enter, we are welcome warmly by the staffs and seated. A variety of foods available. The pork bbq is amazing and the sambal and belacan sauce is something to die for. Please dropby to try the foods if you can. You can get local delicacies like ayam pansoh, tempoyak , midin etc here.

(Detailed review below) Food ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ambiance ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Accessibility ⭐⭐⭐ Cost ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have very little knowledge/experience with Bidayuh dishes but what we ordered tasted pretty good to me and gave my taste buds a whole new adventure! We had an eclectic selection of a simple omelette, stir fried tapioca leaves, fermented fish and fermented durian with anchovies and rice. The fermented dishes may not be for everyone but it’s certainly something to try if you haven’t had any before. There were meat dishes too but we wanted to try the really uncommon dishes. Overall, the restaurant is clean and spacious and decently priced. If you haven’t tried Bidayuh food before, this is a good starting point! Tip: The restaurant closes from 2.30pm to 5pm (and all day Sunday) so time your visits properly. We arrived quite late for lunch and missed out on the set meals. The dining areas aren’t that big. There is a bigger area on the next floor up but it may not be open and is only accessible via stairs.

Although required some travel from downtown Miri, we enjoyed our experience at the restaurant. Dinner was reasonably priced, and it remains one of the few places offering fried fermented durian and fermented pork.

Wonderful, cozy little restaurant with spacious seating. First time trying Bidayuh cuisine with my family. The taste is not too strong yet subtle for us. We love the fermented durian with anchovies and barbecue pork with rice. Staff were so friendly when they introduced us to their dishes. Will come back again for sure!
